The Minnesota resident permit to carry course covers all the basic safety and proper shooting fundamentals that a student needs to know to safely carry a firearm. Training includes 4 hours of combined classroom and range time, MN training certificate from ATS LLC, application and application assistance. 
The Florida non-resident permit to carry course includes 3-4 hours of combined classroom and range time, certification of Basic Handgun Training from and current NRA Instructor, application and application assistance, law enforcement fingerprinting, notary and passport photo services. 
The Arizona non-resident permit to carry course includes 3-4 hours of combined classroom and range time, certification of Basic Handgun Training from a current NRA Instructor, application and application assistance, and law enforcement fingerprinting . 
The Utah non-resident permit to carry course includes 4 hours of classroom instruction from a UT BCI certified Instructor, application and application assistance, passport photo services and law enforcement fingerprinting. A live fire is not required for the UT CCW. ATS LLC was formed in 2014 to fill a need for local and area Personal Protection Training and MN Peace Officers and Standards approved Training.
We offer a wide variety of courses and utilize different instructors depending on subject matter. We offer multiple training sites and we are willing to travel to teach on site at your location. Training costs may vary, depending on location.
